Absolutely love Dr. Jones and her entire staff!

Would not return. Diagnosis in chart didn't match what I was there for. Weird vibe in that place now. I had gone for years, but it isn't the same now.

I have to say, I have been going here for many years and I love all of the people there. I have never had a bad experience there. Very professional and I highly recommend them!! I had my baby boy through Prima Belle and I couldn't have been more comfortable through their care, for me and my baby. 5 stars from me!!

Jessica is always so thorough and thoughtful. I’ve seen her for years, I’m so happy to have found someone that cares for the patients and spends the extra time making them feel reassured.

Dr. Jones and team are all amazing! They listen, inform, and always make me feel comfortable. They have taken great care of me every time! Highly recommended!

It’s sad to see so many negative reviews.. I thought I would share my experience. I was not taken seriously by my old doctor when I started getting severe pain. After going through numerous tests and never finding anything, I was made to believe I was over exaggerating how bad it was. I dealt with horrible pain for 3 years until I found doctor Myers Jones, after just one office visit she was sure she knew what my issues were, and she was right. My old doctor had years to figure out what was going on with me and dr Jones figured it out in a 5 minute visit. Thanks to her I am living a normal pain free life and I cannot thank her enough! She is very knowledgeable and straight to the point! I will now only see her for any further concerns. Wonderful person and doctor!

I am very disappointed. I have gone to Prima Bella since I was 15, that’s almost 10 years of care. And I have experienced nothing but good until the last year. In the last year I have been mistreated and basically done harm on and potentially been caused more harm to my body due to the lack of treatment and lack of diagnosis for an issues I just recently found out I was having. Thankfully I sought a second opinion but if I didn’t and continued to go to Prima Bella I could’ve potentially harmed my body even more. I would never recommend Prima Bella to any woman who are concerned about their reproductive system. They also are very judgmental. Horrible.

I love this office! The staff is great and Dr Jones goes above and beyond for her patients. I recommend Prima Bella to anyone looking for an OB/GYN in NWI!

I had an 8:30 appointment due to traffic children virtual learning stuff I arrived at the door at 807. When I arrived their was a note on the door that said pull up to the door and we will come out if we don’t call the number posted. I called the number and once again received the answering service so I hung up and waited patiently. Someone came out at 8:15 and told me you have not filled out your paperwork you should have done this via our patient portal so we could verify insurance you can not be seen for your 8:30 appointment. Every year or two my insurance company sends a rep out with a contract stating benefits. When I made the appointment July 9th they took my insurance ID number and group number the day I made the appointment. My prenatal care I received six years ago was through this office and my insurance info has not changed. I did not ever owe them money in fact they gave me money back after I delivered my son. I did not go back for my post op appointment after having a complicated pregnancy and an emergency c-section because I showed up 10 min late they refused to see me then. Even though multiple times I waited IMO er an hour to be seen throughout my pregnancy. But I thought hey maybe I was just being over emotional back then. Today I showed up early and I was refused to be seen. I was also told how I am irresponsible because everyone else gets this right. I have been calling the office and repeatedly clicked the password reset button for the patient portal and no response. Just thought you should know what your in for if you make an appointment here. What I needed to be seen for is not something that can wait another 6wks to receive medical attention. Looking for a new gynecologist.
