I had a very nice visit with Dr. Kay. He explained everything in detail so I could understand what needed to be done for my hip replacement. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I feel very comfortable having him do my procedure.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Kay and Lakeshore in general. Overall the service was top notch. Scheduling was easy, and with the option of filling in the forms online, check-in was a breeze. Dr.Kay’s staff was very helpful as well as prompt in getting me in a room. I did not have to wait long. My appointment was at 2 PM and with check-in, getting an X-Ray, it was about 25 minutes or so, which was not bad for a Wednesday. Dr. Kay was a pleasure to talk to, he listened to my history and concerns and was very knowledgeable about my specific issue. I would recommend Dr. Kay and Lakeshore to anyone having knee issues or any other orthopedic issues.
