I was at Cobalt for 10 days following my knee replacement surgery. Everyone of the staff were wonderful. I have to give a shout out to Nancy, my nurse on 2North.She was fabulous. Also all of the PT staff were great. Very encouraging and supportive. I would have given 5 stars, but the food was not the best.
I fell and broke my Tibia and was sent here for Rehab. My experience was wonderful. All of the nurses were very professional, caring and helpful. The Physical Therapist where awesome and got me back on track. They worked with me everyday multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this place if you or a family member is in need of rehab.
I love my stay in This rehab. The people were wonderful. The food was great!I will always go there, if needed
July 8th my wife passed l have nothing good to say about this place they ignored my wife as well as myself she went there with a heart condition as well as a lung infection from day one they would not listen to her and kept telling me was ok she was only there for five days her voice kept getting weaker she kept telling them that she couldn’t breathe they just would not listen they are not equipped or experienced enough to handle severe issues I blame them as well as the hospital for sending her there I miss her so much she was just too young to go
This rehabilitation hospital is so full of HEART!! How refreshing!
*UPDATE*He passed away 4/16. I couldn't bring him home from the place he was transferred to because he became to weaker. It was to the point where the drive, even in an EMT, could've killed him. I'm dropping a star because Karen had a hand in not letting him die peacefully at his house. My dad had an accident that paralyzed him. The nurses were great with him and me. He was making really good process, but they sent him to Clark one day due to a health scare. At this point, I was talking with his case manager, Karen Howard, about post discharge.Honestly it was unpleasant. She always seemed rushed and over selling everything. The day after dad's scare, I wanted him home instead of continuing the therapy. He was exhausted after the trip to Clark and slowed down on his recovery. She over assured me he was okay and continue to say he's okay to continue therapy. 20 min after that conversation, I get a call from her that I won't be taking him to the next place and a EMS would be. Didn't talk to me about it at all, but I was hoping maybe she was right and I was overthinking. Now, I'm praying I can get him discharge in time so he can pass in peace in his house. His health has become worse and I have to wait until Monday to try and get him home, if he's stable enough to do so. I'll recommend the nurses to ANYONE. They are amazing, it's the only reason I'm giving this review 3/5 stars, try to avoid Karen Howard though. She ruined the whole experience.
My husband was sent there after he fell off a roof. I am so grateful for all they did for him.He made great progress thanks to everyone there.God bless everyone of you
I was sent there 2 days after having my left hip replacement surgery and have never been to a more disorganized medical facility. I would never reccomend this place unless time greatly improves the care there.Let the patient beware!
My 97 year old dad came to Cobalt after a hip replacement. I can't imagine a better place or better people to care for him. every person was genuinely caring, cheerful and encouraging to dad and to me. we felt more like family. we thank everyone at Cobalt and we highly recommend anyone needing a rehabilitation hospital to choose Cobalt!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
