If there was an option to give this doctors office zero stars I absolutely would I called to schedule an appointment as I am sicker than a dog and was scheduled then called back and informed that for some reason I was scheduled in a time slot that was not available in the first place so my appointment was moved I then showed up at my appointment time with my children with me and was refused to be seen because I had my kids and was informed that I was not allowed to have anyone under the age of 18 go back with me yet the other side of this building is pediatrics that is nothing but kids all day long..so I could bring a full grown adult in to my appointment with me but not my own kids? I was never informed of this prior to the appointment and have never been so frustrated I am a single mom with kids one of which is a breastfeeding infant and I don’t have many people that can just come watch them and wasted my whole morning waiting to get into this appointment just to leave still sick with no help never have I ever dealt with this with any other doctor! I do not recommend this doctors office to anyone actually needing care!!
Wheni i had my twin boys we started coming to see dr. Ratterman on pedatric side, July 4th 2001. We have went to just about all of the dr.s on the pediatric side for our appts and i have not one complaint in twenty years for any of them. I have a few favorites, but that's neither here nor there. I also had my daughter in 2014, who also has went there since birth. Nvr have i had any problems what so ever. All of them are very personable and they take the time to ask the right questions to find out the solutions and u can tell that they genuinely care about the services they are provideing and to whom they provide them for. I nvr feel gipped or rushed by anyone. I have bn seeing April stewart brown ONLY!!!,,, and from what i experienced when i went to her the first visit i ever had, i knew i wouldn't need to even try out another dr in the center, nor have i ever wanted to or had to, for the past 15 yrs! My mother and my twin sister have bn seeing dr.goldstein for over 20yrs as well, i learned of this place because of them, and their high recommendations. I have bn truly grateful to have nvr in that many years of coming ever had a bad experience, not one time comes to mind. That says alot well that says it all is u ask me ! Thank to all the workers that have nvr let me down and have provided such empathy and understanding to me , and more importantly , my childrens health!!! U all are amazing!
3 month waiting list for a provider is crazy!!! And when people need health care and just switching from one Norton office to another is crazy!!! Would not recommend
Location has become the WORST!!! They do not return calls/messages left (or even on mychart) for multiple days later or even at all; no matter how important the matter! I recently had to wait multiple days for an insulin prescription to be sent in...INSULIN. They knew from my calls my insulin pen was almost out and they still had me waiting ...with no correspondence. Even when they finally sent it in...no one called to tell me. I just happened to check with the pharmacy. Lately they seem to always be behind (time wise), show up on time for your appt and still end up waiting over an hour just to go to the back room and wait pretty much close to an additional 45-hr to be seen for 10-15 mins if that. The Practice Manages/ Office managers don't return calls as well. But staff Definitely WILLkeep trying to get you to come in and pay all these co-pays from multiple visits. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
April Stewart APRN is the most thorough medical professional around. She will listen and hear your needs. Make the best assessment and she truly cares about her patients. I am very happy.
April Stewart and her team of nurses are the best!!
Today was the second time my appointment has been rescheduled. I got a call today 3 & 1/2 hours BEFORE my appointment from an employee calling to reschedule my appointment for the second time in 3 months. Mind you, this was an appointment to establish a PCP, so I hadn’t even been to the office to meet the doctor or staff, but after they lied to me today stating they had to reschedule me because their system was down and didn’t know when it would come back up (I work for Norton’s, the system was down for 3 hours & when they called me it was back up and working perfectly fine), and my doctor had already left the office for the day (at NOON), so they couldn’t get me back in until Saturday with a DIFFERENT doctor (nurse practitioner, to be specific). After being lied to & rescheduled, I ended up choosing a different doctor and office to try out. I was very frustrated and after reading reviews, it looks like I am not the only one with similar issues.
My kids have been going here for years and these past two to three years it has been like pulling teeth to get an appointment. I have a high copay already but then I have to pay even more to go to the immediate care center because they have no appointments. I'm not sure the remedy for the problem but I have seriously considered going elsewhere after taking my children there for over 17 years. I love the doctors but something has to give.
The manger “Lisa” very rude and nasty. Takes no fault for their staffing errors. A simply apology would of kept us at this facility. Very defensive rather than acknowledging the frustration of someone who’s sick having to jump through hoops to get answers. Unprofessional. Dr Dukes and Amy Poff are amazing though. Wish they didn’t have poor customer service assistance.
My wife had a hard time getting in to see doctor she had a rash for months and when she did finally get in to see them they turned her away because her card would not work. This shows the lack of compassion

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
