I saw the video of the nurse who was super rude shame on you! putting marks on a 5 year old that's unbelievable

Child abusing nurse came outside after being told to wait in our car, screaming “Do you want to be seen or not! Ok? Then come on! Let’s go!!” She immediately ran to the back, took her name tag off &then called the cops on us after I got upset & demanded her name, after she grabbed my ADHD, already sick 5 year old by his arms and shook him and said “you need to calm down, I have 7 other patients to deal with & you’re holding me up! All the other nurses, knowing absolutely nothing, all ganged up on me and said “we don’t have to give names and we’re not going to and you need to leave now!” Right as the colored nurse tried to grab my phone from my hand. I will be pressing charges and if they want to lie for the abusive “assistant nurse,” then I’ll gladly bring them into it and prove them to be liars as well.

I was treated last week for Flu Type A and my care was Top Notch!! My payment was taken up front, in full as $150.00 dollars and paid before I was even seen. However, this morning I received a text from Fast Pace saying that I was being billed $35.00 and if they did not hear from me, they would deduct the amount from my "card on file". I called the business office to find out what was going on, no answer, left on hold for over 20 minutes. I then called the office directly to find out what was going on and why my card had been kept on file when I never signed for that. The lady that answered the phone was rude and did not want to help me. when I asked why my card had been kept on file, she became angry and hung up on me. Very inconsiderate and rude. I would not recommend the office due to poor front counter customer service skills.

Thank you for the courteous smiling faces when I opened the door. Quick, caring and helpful receptionist. Forgetting the persons name that saw me was nice and referred me to the Orthopedic Clinic. I would come back. Thank you.
