I've been trying to tell Dr Beitzel for years about my mother's condition and yet he still continues to ignore our family concerns despite multiple phone calls, emails, etc. He keeps telling her she's "okay."

Dr. Beitzel has a great bed side manner. Easy to talk to and usually is not in a rush. He explains test results, illness, ect well. Front desk and especially office manager could use some training in hospitality. Nurse's are really great in communicating.
