I think Dr. Prendergast is fantastic. My daughter and I both see her. The entire staff there too has been amazing!

She doesn't give the same care and attention to non white patients as she would white patients. She failed at listening to me about my life saving medications. Due to her lack of attention to details, I had to call her office 7 times after first visit with her. I had to request the medications I already requested during visit. Obviously because she never heard me. For her actions I had a very serious medical issue 6 hours after my visit. Biased treatment to non whites, she never took blood, never checked my blood sugar level, nor did she take a urine sample. This kind of treatment is whats called "COMMON PRACTICE" among the care of non whites in the Parkview Medical Group. There Is no reason for any patient to suffer under the care of any medical professional.

Been going here for years, when health issues arose. Nurses are very friendly and so sweet! But not impressed with the doctors. Came in with a problem Prendergast couldn't figure out and she literally said, "maybe it's a problem between your ears? Maybe depression meds would help." Seriously? I had also asked to get some toe fungus meds to improve my toe issues- her reply, " i'm not gonna put you on that medicine but I can surgically remove your toe nails."

hello im speaking for doct predergast. this individual is awsome. im keeping you opened minded. updates because this lady because she belives in 3 sometimes 4th or 5 th chances missing appts. she again is almost like family too me. her heart is of gold. when im having a bad day she just brightens up my day. she listens and is very ligit . daniel is my fav always good on my refills and cindy as well. sarah too. their is a 24 hour waiting on meds so make sure you call before so you can get your refill on time. also even on the days she is busy if i want too she squeezes me in. or my child.this doctor needs to be a counsler. she is good at her job she stands up for her staff and she is not afraid to say how she feels. she is very prefessional and ligit. she treats her patiences like family. thank you janet mrs p. for beimg their for me and others in a time of need. your the best. im a very emoltional individual and she calms me. we even joke together. very good vibe and a very spirtual person. i owe her this letter. thank you again mrrs. I moved to Columbai City 11 years ago and was very uneasy about having to find a new doctor. I looked in the phone book and chose Dr. Prendergast and have no regrets. Dr. Janet Prendergast is a very carrying physician. She listens to you and takes the time to explain things to you which is a very good trait. She always answers all my questions. She is very easy to talk to and cares about you as person as well has addressing your medical needs.
