The only thing I have problems with is their phone system and getting to the correct line and knowing after I call that they are even getting the message

This is a horrible office. When you call the receptionists are RUDE and after waiting three days for a call back for an appointment when they finally called to tell me they were able to get me in and I tried to explain I had made an appointment elsewhere the receptionist HUNG up on me. What kind of a business does that?? Don’t care here, I pulled my entire family from here and wouldn’t take my dog to this place.

Dr Guse has been our family Dr for many years now.He cares about his patience and takes the time needed to make a diagnoses.If you do not have insurance he tries his best to prescribe the drugs to treat you properly without bankrupting .Most importantly he takes time to listen to you.The negatives are not him it is the way the new office is structured it is not patient friendly

The words I would use to describe Dr. Guse are that he is very thorough in the exam - you can tell by the amount and type of questions he asks you - and that he shows much care and concern that you get better.
