Dr. Beckman did open heart surgery on me in 2003 replacing mitral valve, the maze procedure, repairing holes in my heart and having CHF, my heart was extremely damaged and being told I probably wouldn’t make it through surgery, spending many days in Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis that year. It is now 8/27/21 (18years later). I am so grateful to God and for Dr. Beckman who spent a lot of time with me and for his knowledge that has prolonged my life for so many years. He was such a compassionate and caring doctor. Still to this day I often think of him and how he helped to save my life. I highly recommend him and if I could give him a hundred stars (I would). I no longer live in that area, but if I ever needed heart surgery again, I wouldn’t hesitate to travel back and ask for him.

One of the finest, most competent physicians I have ever met in my 82 years of age. Performed surgery on me with excellent results and checked in on me regularly to assess my health and well being. The best!

Dr. Beckman took the time before my surgery to outline my options and to solicit my preferred treatment option. He has a friendly and compassionate bedside manner. His physician assistants and nurse practitioners are also top notch.

Dr Beckman saved my mothers life against all odds when a non evasive procedure had complications. Our family can not express how grateful and blessed we are that he was at her side when Pam and our family needed him the most. 5 stars is not enough.
