Dr Eichenberger, as a physician, seems to be OK. His office staff is horrible. They are inconsiderate and put out by any request. I also recently called and made an appointment. I called back on the day of the appointment to confirm. I was told that I did not have an appointment on that day, or any other day, in their system. No concern or offer to remediate, just sorry about your luck. If they cannot keep up with an appt, what are they doing with my medical records?

Caring for my 89 year old mother, long a patient of Dr. Eichenberger. Each time I take her in for a check up, it takes FOREVER for his staff to contact the pharmacy to update any medication changes. Currently I am waiting after her last visit, in early April! I've called several times, our PHARMICIST even tried multiple times and still we wait. I like the doctor but can't in good conscience give a positive review as long as he remains isolated behind a firewall. Dr.Brian Heimer, better choice.

I have no gripes with the doctor but....This place is the pits! Rudest staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Cramped, tiny, tiny exam rooms and old offices...holes in walls....old equipment. Just worn out looking. Maybe it's because they take too many patients and most infuriating of all they don't return calls. These people give off a vibe of I hate my job...I'm too busy and you mean nothing to me! I can't wait to be away from here!

A great physician,caring,awesome bedside manners,listens to what you have to say,is there when he says he will be there,kind compassionate and a great role model for men to follow as Dr.Dan is a christian,he talks the talk and walks the walk.I would and I do reccomend people to Dr.Dan.Thanks Dr. Dan for all you have done for me and my family.
