From front staff, who were friendly and efficient, to the hygienist, who 1st examined and cleaned my 6yr olds teeth to Dr Pavlov who conducted her exam and gave the treatment plan - I give all 5 stars! They have it together! My 6yr old was very comfortable while watching his favorite cartoon on the TV mounted on the ceiling.

Terrible bedside manner. Child got treated in two visits by another dentist with better care. She recommended surgery. Her husband aka office manager handled our complaints poorly. We only wish to help other patients. They told me I was the problem. Honestly I am still in disbelief. If you child sits well then this may be an ok fit. If they are very young or have any sensory issues, at least get a second opinion.

This entire office treated my two year old and I like we were a problem. I hesitated to make reviews until I spoke to the office manager, who is married to one of the dentists. They then told me that I was the issue. I've never been to a pediatric dentist that didn't let me hold the child. They sat him in a chair with exam lights on for several minutes then acted like he was having a melt down for no good reason. I was followed out to the parking lot with paper work and everything. It is still all my fault according to them. The two year old has since had treatment by another much more accommodating pediatric dentist practice.

Dr. Hailey is awesome with children I have no complaints on her personally but my daughters had apps today one at 320 one at 330 and one at 340 . I had to reschedule the 320 app. Which left 330 and 340. I got there at 338 after a hour an 30 min drive and bc my one daughter was 8 mins late they refused to treat her today and made me reschedule. 8 mins late only 8 mins. Omg. Get real.
