Like all who need this service I have been a patient for years. I have noticed a big decline since I first became a patient. A screw fell out of my brace and I needed it to be put back in. They informed me it would take two weeks to get an appointment. However as a patient knows they can’t be without a brace that long. I informed her I just needed a screw and it would take tops 5 minutes! I ended up rigging it to work till I could make an appointment. However when I went in I was informed the appointment time was later. I only make morning appointments and would have waited for another day if it was that late in the day. I left my brace there to be picked up 3 hours later. It wasn’t done nor could it be done because a machine was broken. I Was there an hour after the scheduled pickup time and still need to return for the repair to be completed. There are many things wrong in this story and at many times actions could have been taken to improve their service. Wish there was somewhere else I could take my business.

My 20 month old daughter was referred to the Bloomington location due to her calcaneus valgus and I can't say enough good things about Kenney Orthopedics! They were so kind and patient to my daughter. They were also very informative! Thank you for treating my daughter so nicely!

Although friendly my prosthetic leg has caused me extreme discomfort I have felt so helpless the last few years thankfully it's almost time for a new one. Doubt I will return due to my feedback when I informed something was wrong..I have wore a AK prosthetic for a decade and they never put me in debilitating pain

Can’t say enough good things about our experience at Kenney Orthopedics. Dr. Hendrix has done an excellent job getting my daughter fitted for her first AFO. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
