Dr. Maria Glass was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Labs and Ultrasound were done on a Tuesday. Phoned that Friday for results and they were still in review. Phoned again on Monday and Tuesday was then told they would call by the end of the day with results. Again NO return phone call. Called again on Thursday and finally received results. Requested that labs & Ultrasound be faxed and was told they would be faxed by the end of the day. Again NO results faxed. Called again on Friday and finally received results. Terrible customer service!
