I went to access medical clinic for a bad sinus infection. I ended up with a young woman PA, and she came in already stating what she couldn’t couldn’t do about my sinus infection. I know what works for me and does not work for me at my age. I can understand her, not wanting to use one medication and I respect that. she did not listen to my concerns she just dismissed me. The way she presented herself was rude and very unprofessional. She kept saying my blood pressure was up so high. She could not do the medicine that I wanted. What got my blood pressure up with her treating me the way she did I had to speak up for myself as a patient and I told her there is my blood pressure was up with the way you are talking and treating me. Then she told me well I will give you the medication maybe in a few days if your blood pressure is down. she was the cause of my blood pressure being so high. I would not recommend going there unless you have to. there’s one doctor there that has always been nice and she listens but yet she states what she can and can’t do, but does it respectfully I rate this PA that I saw this young woman very poor. She treated me like I was just a child and three times her age. She just treat me like I was a little kid or something and I looked at my blood pressure very high.

Since this place changed hands in November of 2022. Help has turned over many times. This place is my primary care and they don't even know it every time I go. It has taken me 3 visits and still haven't gotten my normal prescription that I needed and been on for 20 years. I use to absolutely love this place. They took better care than I have ever had. The verdict is out now. .

My son went here for a wrist injury. They sent him to get an X-ray and said they would call with the results. He called everyday trying to get the results, going to work and roughing it out. After 3 days they finally said, nothing a wrong. All they really know is it’s not broken. No follow. Very unprofessional. Reception acted irritated that we would even ask.
