Wouldn't count on these people to call you back when you seek answers, they were supposed to call me back twice now and im pissed, first one was about how much pain reliever to give a baby when she was running a high fever for 2 days then today when she had a very hard stool that would not pass and she even heard my baby screaming in the background..again waiting 3 hours and no phone call back again.... I will be switching doctors after this last appointment...not very happy because obviously it's about the money only and not ABOUT the PATIENT...Don't go here to Dr ruiz

She said my friends son was fine twice, turns out he has a bleed in his brain! She also did my twins wrong several times, including jabbing my son with a needle so hard he has a permanent dimple in his leg and a knot 2 months later.
