Dr Jacobus, his nurse practitioners, nurses and staff are all excellent. Been going here for a out a decade and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Almost killed me!!! And my friend too!!!Because he is arrogant and does not know what he is doing and instead of suggesting another doctor he tries to do it on his own and he does not know what he is doing... you need a Band-Aid this is the doctor to see...

Everybody there is very friendly and Dr Jacobus is just wonderful! He is worth it to go see! I highly recommend him to everybody I know because he is just one of the best actors I've ever had and I have had some pretty terrible ones. I had not seen him in 2 years and he remembered my daughter's name and that I even had a daughter. In my opinion that's one hell of a doctor! 10 stars if I could ♡♡

I have to get him off as my Primary care Physician

The absolute worst dr in America. The thought that my husband is going to lose his life all because of this Dr! First, to try and get an appointment knowing my husband had bronchitis. I let the scheduler know he had bronchitis again and needs an appt. She came back on the phone with an appt. 2 1/2 months away!! Why did she not just say he could not fit him in and should go to an immediate care place??? My husband was seeing him for a few different medical conditions. Blood pressure that this doctor didn’t know how to control like his doctor now! The worst he did to my husband...he took him off a medication for type-two diabetes because occasionally his sugar was going below 70. He put him on a medication to take its place. His sugars started going up to 300 and staying there! Every three months he saw this dr. HE did nothing for a year!!! He then did not accept him as a patient after his test came back with severe kidney failure! He caused this! I forgive easily but this??

Warning don't see this man find another health care provider.

Dr. Jacobus has been our family physician since 1994. He has always treated us with care and compassion during our visits. He is a very knowledgeable physician that I trust with our on going care.While there is a wait for service some days, we recognize he has many patients and plan accordingly. We try to be proactive in our scheduled appointments with Dr. Jacobus, but have seen Dr. Brechner and the three Nurse Practitioners also on occasion.The office staff has been helpful with our appointments, prescription refills, nurse call returns and lab results. While we have recently moved out of state, we still return to Indiana for family visits and appointments in this office.

Magnificent! "Wonder" filled! Precious being! Amazing! Well schooled in what he practices. Wondered why we did not come across his path sooner!!! and on and on and on...

I had left a review on Health grade, I don't see it there. I basically said I can't believe people complain about how they were treated. My husband and I have had the long wait, in the office and telephone problems , but I figure good doctors are hard to find and both Dr.s Jacobus and Brechner are real people. They were at my side and on my side when I was at my darkest hour. Thank God for them.
