I seen all the great reviews & was looking forward to seeing Dr. Lemke.. Unfortunately because i have Mdwise as a SECONDARY insurance, they couldn’t accept me as a patient. Though my primary was in fact accepted . Very upsetting ! Save your time !

today I switched to Dr. Lemke after having multiple bad experiences at another doctor in Crown Point! I’m so glad I found her, finally a doctor who listens!!she made me feel so comfortable and took her time to answer every single question I had and did not make me feel rushed off. I highly recommend!

I seen Doctor Lemke a few months ago and my experience was amazing !!!! I am personally the kind of person that will research and read reviews first. I seen a lot of positive reviews about Doc Lemke. She has excellent bedside manners, she listens to you and she takes her time with you. She definitely makes you feel comfortable. She’s knowledgeable about the female body and gave me some good advice!!!!

I have been to numerous gynecologists in the area throughout the years and Dr. Lemke as well as her staff are hands done the most professional and helpful around.From the front office girls to Dr. Lemke they have gone above and beyond to help with all the concerns I have had. I love Dr. Lemke but have recently found out she no longer accepts HMO, so I am very disappointed that I have to find a new OB/Gyn.

Her office staff leaves much to be desired. I was told that I had to pay a co-pay for my visit when I do not have co-pays on my insurance. The girl at the desk said I would not be able to be seen if I did not pay the $20. I said let me call my health plan and she said that I would have to reschedule. I paid it because I was one day out of the hospital and needed to follow up for additional care. Dr. Lemke came highly recommended by my primary and I thought I would get expert care like I am accustomed to. She was very dismissive of my medical condition and any possible treatment. I had been suffering from debilitating labor like pain that I was hospitalized for prior to seeing her. This pain had been going on continuously for weeks. I told her my symptoms and referred her to my scans and she said, "That shouldn't be happening!" She also offered no treatment, testing, or information about what could be causing my issues.
