I've never had such an uncomfortable and bizzare experience at a medical facility. The nurse/ma and Dr were arrogant, condescending, and unprofessional. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! I rarely write reviews or answer questioners unless an establishment provides excellent service or was awful. PLEASE read reviews from several sources 😉

The worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The rudest doctor I have ever encountered. Basically walked out of the door while we were In mid conversation.

I have been to this office 3 times and am very satisfied with the service and care I received. I will definitely be coming to Friendly Foot Care in the future for my foot care needs. The front desk manager takes care of you as soon as you walk in, the nurse is friendly and thorough with questions, and Dr. Nirenberg is very knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience at friendly foot care. They are always helpful and efficient.

My sister referred me to this office after I had already had gone through appointments and A LOT of expense with a different foot doctor. The difference was night and day! The xrays were done in house, an ultrasound was given, physical therapy prescribed, and I was given a brace to wear. The previous doctor sent me to a hospital for xrays that I am still paying for, charged me double the price for orthotics, and that was it!I have never met a doctor with such a genuine, friendly and concerned bedside manner. As soon as Dr. Nirenberg walks into the room, I am being given his full attention. All of the nurses are welcoming and friendly, and I always leave feeling like I was cared for to the best of everyone’s ability. I can’t imagine how much better people would feel if all doctors were this way, it would truly change the world.

Try NOT so friendly foot care. Dr. Nirenberg literally told me to find another doctor and that he could not treat me in the future because I told him that I preferred to not use pinnacle hospital. You see, he is invested in pinnacle hospital so he benefits by sending you/admitting you there. I went to another podiatrist who told me it was absolutely ridiculous that a doctor demanded I use his facility in order to treat me.

The worst experience ever!!! Do not believe the other reviews at all. Probably fake. Very rude staff and laying doctor. Says our foot inserts are not expensive, about 400$. That was for ONE.😖 He should have said our inserts for your son’s feet are 800$. Today they couldn’t see me because I have not payed my previous and only visit fee from about month ago. They were expecting me to pay over 500$ on the spot so My son can be seen by the doctor( after I explained to them I have to call the insurance to see why they haven’t payed) This is absurd, never had experience like this with any other doctors office.I walk in this morning with my son and a coffee mug in my hands…the front desk lady says “take that to your car and than we can help you” so rude, no niceness at all …. That is the weirdest office in the world -The doctor, the front desk, the billing lady… unusually rude and plain weird. (The xray lady was nicer

I was able to get my initial appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. The issue Dr. Nirenberg is treating me for has required multiple followup visits (and probably more to come). Each visit has been a good experience concerning all aspects of my care i.e. check-in/check-out, wait times, addressing questions regarding plan of care and meds, nursing staff, and last but not least, Dr. Nirenberg. My experience thus far shows him to be very knowledgeable. It is apparent within minutes of meeting him that he is a kind, caring, and compassionate doctor. I would (and will) without hesitation recommend Friendly Foot Care.

Dr. Nirenberg has a top notch practice & he is a trailblazer in his field based on years of experience. His knowledge & expertise lend to helping a patient resolve problems quickly & successfully. He and his office staff are the best - professional, pleasant, very efficient & accommodating. Especially important is the diligence the office follows with following Covid protocols to ensure safe & sanitary patient protection.
