Vibra Hospital Of Northwestern Indiana's Online Review Report Card

My Dad went there and it was an amazing place. Unfortunately he couldn’t do the rehab, so they transferred him elsewhere. They were the best care he ever received!

I cannot even begin to explain how horrible this place is.  It's dirty.  But worse is that they neglect their patients.  They almost killed my husband by over medicating him.  When he was brought to the hospital (after only six days with them), he had sores and cuts all over him.

My husband was sent to Vibra to recover from covid. I will admit I was a little concerned at first because of the reviews on Google. I will say that I was very pleased with the care and treatment that my husband and my family received from the staff there. He could not of received any better care. The food was great and his room was cleaned several times a day. When we put my husband in comfort care they bent over backwards to make our family as comfortable as possibly till the time came that John passed away.

On October 26th my husband was transfered to Vibra to be weined off the ventilator after 6 weeks at a local hospital. His stay in I.C.U was amazing! The care of every staff member was above and beyond my expectations. The Nurses, Dr.'s, C.N.A's, Respiratory, different therepy, Housekeeping, and I know I am forgetting people. really care about their patients. I was so blessed to be part of the Vibra family. He spent an additionally 6 weeks with success of getting him off the vent, talking, eating, and getting him stronger everyday. My husband was truly a miracle, and without Vibra I would have never had the extra time with him conscious and able to communicate with family and friends. I thank Vibra for fighting the fight of our lifetime. Not only did they care for John the support they gave us all will never be forgotten.

Personal en general muy amables y atentos aunque hay sus excepciones.Solo las que se ocupan del aseo a los pacientes les daría una sola estrella.También quisiera felicitar a todas las de RESPIRATORY x ser tan humanas y en especial destacar la atención de la enfermera Stella es lo mejor que tienen allí.Deberían darle un reconocimiento x su trabajo tan especial.

I would give them a no star my uncle was in Icu when we came up there the some alarms would go off and they didn’t care so my grandma had to go out there and tell them. My uncle passed away 10/16/20 because of them he had high blood pressure when he was eating basically water. They cut my uncle open and didn’t tell my grandma about it when there supposed to and then they “lost the papers” that said why they did it. My uncle died because of them not taking proper care of him… he was planning on getting married. I hope your happy we plan on suing you for what you did.

Vibra of NW Indiana is a great hospital. The hospital is very clean with a caring atmosphere which enables the healing of their patients. The nursing department is wiling to discuss any patient concerns and presents solutions. Thanks to all the staff for all you do--Healthcare needs more just like you.

I was blessed to have stayed at this hospital. The nurses were great, it seemed as if they were able to anticipate my wants and needs. They were so friendly and caring to both me and my wife. When my wife would do her daily visits, the nurses treated her like an old friend. The facility was neat as a pin. When I accidentally dropped my soft drink on the floor, the lady immediately came in and cleaned it up, and was glad to help. These are my kind of people, and they made my stay much more comfortable than some other facilities I've had the misfortune to be in.
