great until he did the surgery, sudden lack of interest. The doctor couldn't care less about getting the best recovery possible, his staff will even tell you they have no recovery program. Do your homework and find a doctor that cares about your health and recovery.

Do some research and find a doctor that cares as much about the quality of his work as he does about how much he gets paid, this doctor couldn't care less about you as a patient or your recovery.

Does not return calls, no follow up, after he installed stent, my husband was hospitalized 3 times for sepsis infection. After his surgery he TEXTED me, said everything went well, took out stones, and stent, sent home with no antibiotics, 24 hours later my husband is rushed to the hospital, severe sepsis and kidney stone in the same place.. called doc, again no response.

I underwent a cytoscopy this past year by Dr. Hollensbe. During the procedure, the doctor was in a hurry and damaged my urethra. Since the procedure, I attempted to see him to discuss the damage he caused and he has refused to see me. I had no physical pain or difficulty urinating prior to the exam. Now, I suffer from pain and difficulty urinating every day.

Dr H is a great and very kind and knowledgeable dr! His office staff front desk is not. Even when meet your stop loss limit, their policy is you must still pay and they will refund it back to you. Hard to get his asst to call back timely, if at all. Left at least two messages with no return call so made appt to talk to dr instead, then she calls back. Other complaints about office staff but again doctor is awesome. He needs to review policy and staff attitudes and follow up.
