Saw me for maybe 10 minutes as-new patient said he would inject my neck make an appointment. That’s not even but a little of my pain. My back has been for 30 years. Charged me $300 are u kidding me. Turn him in to Medicare since I’m on disability.

Dr. Fattouh and his staff are kind, understanding, patient, and professional beyond anything I have experienced in the past. Dr. Fattouh listens to my questions and concerns and fully explains his plan of care. While I will have limitations due to the nature of my diagnosis, my new normal is great with a lot less pain compared to not being functional at all prior to his care. I am very grateful and will be a lifelong patient.

Dr. Maher Fattouh gave me radiofrequency ablation for my 4 herniated discs in my neck and left me for worse and in debilitating pain. He humiliated me and totally embarrassed me in front of his staff and sent me away with out any medicine and told me to take a tylenol and to go see my family physician. I left in hysterics. He is such an unethical pain doctor. He's only after the insurance money....Please beware....

I see Dr. Fattouh in madison. I have for many, many years. I would not see any other pain management Doctor. He explains everything before he does it. He listens to me and give me all the time I need.

Dr. Fattouh is an wonderful he will explain everything he is going to be doing and answers any questions you may have and spends time with you before and after your procedure . I would recommend him if you're going to be having injections done .
