Nancy J. Albright Md's Online Review Report Card

We had tried several pediatricians before committing to Dr. Albright. We've been with her for over 5 years now because she very personable with my daughter. Where other doctors seemed routine, Dr. Albright engages directly with my daughter about her overall state beyond medical & provides guidance where she feels it will help her. My daughter feels comfortable asking questions, which is important now that she's in that awkward preteen to teen stage. I also really like Dr A because she's very helpful with explaining things when I do have questions. I never feel as if I'm getting a blanket response or taking up too much of her time. Unfortunately, that seems hard to find these days.

I have some educated knowledge about what to expect from a Pediatrician. I consult another 4 Pediatricians before Dr. Albright. I stay with her since the first day ( already 3 years ago) because she cares about my son: she send test to Laboratory, to Hospital, etc. She really talk with my son like he is a mini adult. He feels attended and loved with her. Another doctor, you are attended only by the nurses and secretaries. She attend to you and explain everything in detail.

Dr. Albright had horrible bedside manner with my scared 2.5 year old. She was way too rough in handling her and even made a very negative remark toward her. I feel like i did a disservice to my daughter my letting this doctor come into contact with my daughter. I will never go back to this office again.

This woman is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. She treats you like an idiot if you have specific questions regarding your newborn. She talks down to you. She was very rough when handling my child, no concern for comfort or care. She told me she didn't even look at my child's medical records. If you don't answer her right away, she insinuates that you are lying or neglectful. She treated my kid like an object, not a human being. This woman has no heart, shouldn't be a doctor

I have had to deal with this lady twice now. Once when I was looking for a pediatrician and again against my will for an emergency room turned admittance at the hospital. She admitted to me that she did not read my child's medical records before coming in to assess her condition, then practically yelled at me because I couldn't answer a question that would be on her record. She insinuates that you are lying and neglectful if you dont answer her right away. She treated my child like an object, ignored her, did not talk to her, was very rough when checking her. She was just awful. This woman treats you like an idiot no matter what question you ask, even if its a concern you have for your first baby, almost especially for new mothers. She is just all around rude, borderline cruel. Her attitude towards her job is uncaring and bored, almost like she hates dealing with children and their mothers. I hope this woman does not have kids, and she retires soon so she can stop horrifying children and parents with her mean disposition. Do not go to her if you want to know anything about your child's health because she is short with explanations and won't explain anything further if you dont understand. And if you do go to her, be prepared to just follow her orders without question or be talked down to for your concerns for your child. Awful, rude, cold hearted woman. I do not recommend her to anyone who cares about their children.

Was told to come in with my children and stated an hour before appointment that she had a large window open. I waited for an hour and 10 minutes to see her. Finally got to see her and She has very poor bedside manner and talks down to you. She shouldn't be in this profession.

Dr. Albright is always great with my kids. She always has a smile and a good attitude. She answers all of my questions and concerns every time and makes sure to ask my kids if they have any questions for her as well. I would recommend her to anyone.

The office is horrible. They have no updated technology what so ever. All the workers are young and probably graduated from a 8 month course at some non accredited college.
