Bad service, the nurse I saw was not nice very rude and wasn’t concerned about my well-being that I had to get a referral for a doctor that she would not willing to give, instead wanted to give me a prescription. I had explained to her I already seen this doctor but it’s been over a year and with covid Didn’t help, and the only way I can get another appointment is to get a new referral. The nurse still refused to give me a referral. I will no longer go back.

This was a nice clinic until recently. I've been treated unfairly by several staff members. Majority has been the front end staff. I will be making a complaint with the corporate office. I am no longer a patient at this location.I never thought Dr. Weekly would treat me that way but I now see people only work to get a check. Thank you for showing me your true colors.

I would give a half star. When I first went to this place, everyone in the front was friendly but once you walked into the back..... You saw the ghetto mess. I meet with two black doctors and neither one was nice. Both was with attitudes and liked talking about people. They stood outside my door for 10 minutes talking about a pregnant patient and my door wasn't closed. I didn't know if they paid attention that the door wasn't closed or maybe they just didn't care.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now. Nobody ever answers or calls back after leaving several voicemails. This place wasn’t like this before. Definitely switching my kids to a different pediatrician. Ridiculous!!!

HealthLinc is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides care for everyone. We have multiple locations across Indiana. We offer a variety of services such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Dental. Our medical side consists of physicians and nurse practitioners. Most clinics have an on site pharmacist one site has Vision services. We also are at the forefront of education with our nurse practitioner and pharmacy residency programs. We are always expanding to provide the best care and resources in the community that we serve.

This place has Staff Members at the Front Desk who hear the phone ringing. They simply pick up the receiver and hang it back up. They will tell you that they accept your insurance but turn around and bill you and the Insurance company. When you receive the bill in the mail it is itemized with abbreviations you don't even know what it's for.
