Like Dr. Yoder, but his office manager is not competent in fulling scheduled appointment per request. Appointment was made 2 weeks prior to have blood work done to refill a prescription. I specifically requested not to do annual physical due to the current pandemic and was told I could have the blood work done since I didn't feel comfortable with having to wait for a doctor's visit by one of the staff. She claims that this is not possible and I would have to wait to see the doctor before they would refill a prescription. The prescription was for cholesterol medicine. I wish Dr. Yoder well, but I will be finding a new doctor. Ever since Dr. Yoder has moved his practice to the join the Elkhart Clinic, service from his office staff has severely declined. I left the Elkhart Clinic to get away from this when I began coming to see Dr. Yoder. Will not recommend the Concord Family Medicine practice to anyone.

I feel Dr. Yoder is a wonderful, caring family physician. Last year after an extend issue he even called me personally to check on my condition. Service cans caring you rarely find today. Highly recommend.

Dr. Yoder is a kind, compassionate Doctor. He really listens to you and wants to help. I have never felt rushed. He also has the nicest Nurse, Brie.
