I had an emergency situation and Dr. Walker and the staff allowed me to come into the clinic immediately. I should note that I was a new patient as well. Dr. Walker is very professional and thorough. I had a follow up appointment the next day with Dr. Whitney Boling and again the experience was extremely positive.

I was very ill with the Covid -19 virus for a long period of time. It was the sickest I had been in my life. It effected my eye one at a time. Dr Walker got me right in as a new Patient. My own doctor did not even return my call. I left eye was flashing so. I was so light sensitive. I was so afraid. The entire was wonderful and very caring. I got right in that day. Detailed exam. Quick return visit. Extensive visit. I was well taken care of. I will return. Hats off to the entire office. Thank you for the PPE and the extra prep you did to make people feel safe.

Dr. Walker was AMAZING!! He spent time with me explaining exactly what was going on with my eyes and made sure that I thoroughly understood everything. I never felt rushed and the staff was awesome!

I was informed today during the appointment reminder I would be charged the $40.00 office visit fee, and an undetermined charge for refractory charge if they needed to do this procedure. The refractory exam is the part of an eye exam! I'm an RN. Would you pay an addition fee to a heart doctor because he listened to your heart with a stethoscope? Same thing. One needs to Ref. exam to determine the proper prescription on each lens! My ins. said Routine Exams are only $40 copay! BEWARE.
