Dr. Kaiser is rude and unprofessional. His bedside manner was terrible. He refused to work collaboratively with other medical staff. I am extremely disappointed in the care received by Dr. Kaiser.

He hung up on my sons specialists and said,”I’m not working with them.” He was rude to me and questioned my knowledge of my sons special medical needs. I pray I never have to deal with him again.

Dr. Kaiser did my last abdominal surgery about 9 years ago. I had scar tissue from a previous surgery and he used seprafilm which apparently has prevented scar tissue from accumulating. I am delighted.
