Dr. Thomason is great. His staff and nurses are always very polite. Anytime I need to schedule an appt they are very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

This review is based on the entire clinic staff and experience not just Dr. Thomason himself. I think Dr. Thomason is one of my favourite doctors I have seen, but his staff and the systems in place for scheduling are absolutely horrible. I attempted three different times to create an appointment online without any response. I put different windows of an availability just to get something. After no response on the third (this was over about a 2.5 week period), I had my boyfriend request an appointment using the same time frame that I had on my most recent request. He got a response within 8 hours. When I messaged asking why my requests were being ignored, I was told it was because the time window I put was too broad so I was being pushed back in priority. Except I had originally had a much more narrow requested time and didn’t hear anything from that either, and the request my boyfriend made was identical to mine and he got a response. I do not know who handles the electronic scheduling/messaging, but it was so rude and disrespectful to be ignored for something I really needed to be seen for that I felt inclined to leave a review. My boyfriend and I will both be looking elsewhere for a doctor.

He was super respectful to both me and to his staff. He was efficient, but also took his time and listened. I like that he is confident, professional, efficient but is still kind and works with his team. He has earned my respect and I highly recommend him.
