Was on hold for 16 minutes to cancel my dad's appointment. No one ever answered. The next day, I tried to respond to the text message sent regarding confirmation of the appointment but did it too close to closing, and no one saw it. (I have ADHD but due to my dad being an immigrant, I often have to handle tasks like this for him.) Received a letter saying he is never allowed to schedule another appointment ever again.

Fantastic new facility. I have always had excellent care and service. The nurse practitioner always takes plenty of time to listen and explain. Everyone is polite and friendly. I feel like I’m in good hands here. 💯✅👍
