We made an appointment for 10:53 AM. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes, before we were called back. This is unacceptable! We expect appointments to be timely, because some people are busy, and have to be at other appointments, that are just as or more important. They need to hire more staff, STAT, or close their doors, until they find a better way to manage the clinic so it is quick and efficient, which is what we all expect, when we come to a medical office. They got two stars, instead of one, because of the ease to make an appointment online.

ONE MINUTE LATE!!!!! Gotta reschedule!!! Drove ALLLLLLL the way from Huntingburg!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Phone told me 11:45 CDT. I googled it last night and it said 12:45 our time!!! We supposedly was supposed to be there at 11:45 our time!!! Was one minute late. Receptionist said she'd check if I could still be taken... Took like 20+ minutes of her own, only to say we have to reschedule.🤬 Even though I did ALLLL the paper work the night before on my phone!!!! She stood there trying to figure things out while I was painfully on my feet forever!!!!🙄 She sent stuff to the wrong person on top of everything else. HORRIBLE experience. Thanks for wasting my time!!!!

I made a apt at 7 in the morning for a little after 4 pm. I get a text it changed to 4:30. I get here and sign in and they telling me it's going to be a hr wait on top of it. What's the point of even having apts when they can't honor them? They need to be walk in only then, I took off work to be here on time.

Receptionist was very mean and condescending. Only the patient is allowed back to see the doctor which isn’t posted anywhere beforehand or we would’ve went somewhere else.

Claimed they cannot administer 2 allergy shots a week which is not even true. Holding to strict rules, waste of my time. Do not waste yours going here.

Brittany White, NP: Showed to be unprofessional when she opens the door to the lobby and explains test results aloud. Did not invite the person back into the office to tell the information. It's not the business of anyone out there in the lobby or anyone in the front offices.

Really appreciate the staff of downtown deaconess urgent care seeing me today on short black fridays hours. They helped me an worked me in to an already busy schedule an prescribed medicine for my condition. I was a walk in. Will be better prepared next time if I need medical attention. Thanks so much:-)

Had a scheduled appt and was told they would text 20 mins prior , no text and had to wait 2 hrs , no reason to schedule for the urgent care they make you wait regardless !
