This is a great clinic with awesome staff. It is easy to find using Google Maps. The clinic is very clean and convenient. It is very well staffed in all positions. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The waiting area is large and comfortable. There are plenty of opportunities for food and shopping very close by this location.

This was my first time coming to this specific office with my client and I give this place 0 stars!. The receptionist was unprofessional at her job. We waited for a whole hour when this place is supposed to be no more than a 15 minute in/out lab center. The receptionist got up from behind her desk goes outside to the lobby and blurred out all of my clients personal information in front of 20 plus other customers that were waiting to go back to get there blood drawn. That's voilation of HIPPA laws and automatic job termination. Do not go into the lab center unless you want to be discriminated against and made to feel like you do not know what your talking about etc. Go elsewhere!.

Had x-rays done on 11/4/22 and asked the x-ray tech if I could pick up the CD on 11/11/22. She said it would be at the front desk. Arrive on 11/11/22 to get the CD and it isn’t even ready. The receptionist was highly unfriendly and only cared about painting her nails with 3 different kinds of polish sitting there. Not to mention she was a major hypocrite saying I had to have a mask when she wasn’t even wearing one. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!!!!!

Go somewhere else if you need a COVID test. Takes way too long compared to others in the area and they make you view your results through their app that hardly ever works.
