I had an appointment at 10:20. I was late. I was in and out in 25 minutes. The staff was friendly. Nurse Marci and NP Bailey were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

I thought this one would be better than the North park one. I been seating in the exam room for two hours. I already got the results from that radiologist on my chart. I'm very annoyed and in pain. I mean I know people are coming in sick but several people have left the doctor hasn't even come back in.i went online thinking it would be faster to make my appointment. The doctor finally came back didn't really explain anything except she had a brace and nothing was broken or fractured. I didn't get any paperwork work. I had to look in my chart for instructions. I'm just not impressed at all. For the last two years I have doctors like this none has compassion anymore. I don't have the money go to physical therapy or to the orthopedic doctor. I'm just done with doctors. I mean I even mentioned I work in housekeeping I mean how am I supposed to mop or clean anything. She just looked at me didn't even seem to care. I don't even know what this means I seen it on my notes and the Radiologist put she never said anything about it. FINDINGS: No fracture or dislocation. Scattered mild degenerative joint space narrowing throughout the wrist, especially the radiocarpal and thumb CMC joints. Tiny cyst in the distal pole of the scaphoid.

Literally came here with my son, to get staples out. We checked in, then 20 mins later they call us to the window to fill out paperwork. (at this time 3 people that came in after me had already went in and came out.) We finished the paperwork, and then they had an issue with there system, and somehow can’t check me in due to a “visit ID or something) at the time of writing this I’m still in the waiting room at this time 4 people have came in after me, and have been called back already. Not only irritating, but ridiculous. Was told it would be 0-15 mins and it’s already been over an hour. This kinda thing wouldn’t be acceptable in a restaurant, why is it acceptable in a healthcare facility.

Really excellent & fast service! All of the staff were extremely nice & comforting too! They were thorough, but got me in & out so quickly that my husband's jaw dropped in disbelief whenever I walked out & said I was done lol! I will definitely be going back there if I ever need urgent care again!

Bailee and staff are great. Friendly, polite, and caring. I very much appreciated that Bailee took the time to speak to me on the phone after my appointment when I had a problem with the prescribed medication. He handled my concern professionally and courteously.
