Was a patient here for 17 years and then just wrongfully terminated as a client for being 15 minutes late and sharing the way this made me feel and how it affected me.

The hours are posted wrong 8am to 4pm - (M-F) and they close from Noon till 1pm for lunch

I have had two of my kids treated badly by two different doctors there. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have never in my lifetime have nurses and doctors treat us they way they did.

Had a very good experience as a new patient. The front desk staff were efficient, patient and courteous.I waited very little time to be called back. Nurse Judy was friendly and efficient in gathering data. Dr. Grossman was very personable and competent in providing care. I didn’t feel rushed and appreciated their listening to my concerns. Facility has easy access, in-house lab, and was very clean. I left feeling good about the care I received.

If I could give no stars I would, most of the doctors I have seen are ok but at time slow on letting you know game plans for your care however the ladies at the front counter are extremely rude especially Marsha who talks to you like you are beneath her and for someone with extreme anxiety she sends me into episodes every time I have to talk to her, on the phone or in person. I have been at the this office for several years but I will not be back.

This is the best friendliest clinic ever. The ladies that check you in are all so friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Bender and her nurse Allie are the greatest . If I leave a message with a nurse on answering machine I get a call back the same day. We are so thankful for the Deaconess West Side clinic . THANK YOU👍👍👍
