It was at Holy Cross Hospital ER, so the wait was unavoidable...however, when I was finally admitted, I felt very secure in the hands of Dr. Lopez and the nurse who was on call. They answered all my questions and administered to me quite well. I did not receive a follow up call, but I really did appreciate Dr. Lopez's bedside manner and the way she put me at ease.

Dr Gladys Lopez is a very dishonest and fraudulent individual.i just got my ER medical record which reveals a falsification of clinical data by Dr lopez.She was the attending physician i met on the day of my ER visit,no treatment nor examination was done by her,I was abandoned by her.However she has claimed in my record that she carried a full physical examination and also ordered blood workThis is absolutely false and we are taking up this matter with the hospital authourity.I do not recommend Dr Lopez.Holy cross shoul discontinue her services.

Dr. Lopez recently treated our sister, a terminally ill cancer patient in the emergency room at Holly Cross Hospital.Dr. Lopez demonstrated utter contempt, disdain, and complete and utter lack of human compassion in our most stressful time of need! She lost her temper and her patience with a terminally ill angle of a cancer patient that was our sister, wife, and mother of three, during her most vulnerable time of need. Shame on Dr. Lopez! Dr. Lopez should NOT be allowed to attend patients. If you lack utter human compassion, have a short temper, and/or cannot deal with stress, being an ER physician isnt the best career choice.This woman, Ms. Lopez, doesn't deserve to carry the title of doctor. Avoid her at all costs.
