Dr. Smith has been my Dr for a while now, she is the sweetest and most caring Dr I've ever had she cares, she listens and will prescribe what she feels is necessary for your health, or schedule test, ex rays or blood work etc.... 4/26/23

This is the worst I could ever imagine. We called them asking for Dr. Page all 3 of my other grandchildren see him. They said he was not accepting new patients. But Dr. Smith is would you like to make a appointment. This was 3 or so yrs ago. We were fine till covid and she literally stopped treating him like he was human. Mask on and staring at at computer talking about his Heath. I couldn't understand anything she was saying. After 3 or 4 visit I called because I just couldn't understand her. She had prescribed Ritalin seriously hasn't asked us anything about him. The receptionist Lynn I think that's her name was always annoyed with him when we came in. Yes he is ADHD learning Delay and a eloper. I was told to call his insurance by the receptionist Lynn and have a new doctor assigned. Ok because I want another like her. No thank you! I had cancel our last appointment due to his nose running and she literally stands at the door insisted he put on a mask because of stuff like this. He is 5 yrs old seriously they get the stiffliles. I called today and Lynn informed me that Dr Smith had a note saying he was not a patient. Because Lynn took things upon herself and No One contacted us to ask what happened. I'm definitely calling tomorrow to find a doctor we want not what insurance says. My children went to Deconess Clinic and had the best doctor Sartoere...

If you are overweight and looking for treatment with depression/anxiety, she's not the doctor for you. Meds she will put you on will be because of having a side effect of "weight loss." Never seems like your issues are actually addressed - too worried about your weight.

I am very pleased with Dr. Jung Smith. She is very caring, professional, and compassionate about what she does. Her time is well spent with her patients and she truly listens to their concerns. Her staff is just as amazing, making you feel very welcome. I highly recommend Dr. Jung Smith for your personal medical needs.

After years with a doctor that was good at listening to himself talk I found Dr Smith . Now I have not only an intelligent Dr but also someone who will listen to what I’m there for. I’m in good hands now.

The first several times I saw Dr. Smith were great, I felt very listened to and like she was genuinely interested in helping me. Our most recent visit was anything but that. TLDR; I don't recommend seeing her if you have weight concerns. I was talked over, she dismissed my concerns of other mental health issues being at work, was unconcerned with looking at the list of symptoms I compiled, and stated medications of that kind were not good for being or becoming pregnant, as I was trying. Her recommendation for my continued weight gain (despite my established exercise routine and calorie deficit) was that I should eat less, workout more, and that she would be willing to prescribe me weight loss/appetite suppressant medications and highly recommended Qsymia, a drug that is known to have a high risk of birth defects (cleft palate and cleft lip specifically) if one becomes pregnant while taking it. This medication also has an interaction with medication that she has prescribed to me. My spouse called the office on my behalf the following day because I was so upset due to this visit and he was told the mental health topic 'was not on record' and neither were the diet pills, despite instructions for me to look for the most affordable one being on my visit summary.

She is one of the nicest physicians I have ever been to. Spends as much time as you need on each visit. Thorough.

Dr. Smith was very nice. She was extremely thorough and listened to all of my concerns. She took the time to explain everything to me and gently encouraged me to aim for a more healthy lifestyle. She has an excellent bed side manner. I felt like she really cared about me and what I was going through. Her nurse is very kind and friendly as well. 10/10

Dr. Smith is amazing....She has great bed side manners. She is willing to discuss any concerns you have .... Highly recommend...she really cares!!!!!

I saw my previous doctor every 4 to 6 months. She had me coming every two months. Needed a special appointment for everything. Finally said enough and got a new doctor.
