Had Ankle replacement surgery after 3 months ankle did not feel right still a lot of pain when weight bearing- was told by Dr Daines that the hardware (ankle replacement was fine and sent me on my way, after several visits of them making me feel like i was crazy, my family dr referred me to Ortho Indy. Dr there did x-rays and CT Scan and discovered device was actually loose on the top and bottom, requiring a second ankle replacement surgery

Dr. Paul Daines and Justin Kiesel within Physical Therapy, of Tri-State Orthopaedics provide wonderful care. I had a nagging foot condition and resulting surgery that was recently completed by the team of Dr. Daines that has put me on a trajectory to continue a very active lifestyle. All at Tri-State Orthopaedics have been friendly and very easy to work with. Having surgery and the resulting recovery time is always tough and does yield obstacles to overcome…sometimes obstacles which one never truly anticipates. Dr Daines was very personal. He took the time and answer all my questions. He made sure I understood exactly what the surgery was and the risk. His office staff was very pleasant and his scheduler was awesome.

I was seen by his Nurse Practitioner and she was very informative. Easy to converse with and answered all questions. All staff were very professional.

Dr Daines is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. He .put me at ease with my foot problem right away. I will definitely be returning when needed.

I am unable to review Dr. Daines as he never entered my exam room. He never saw the problem I was there for. A PA was the only person I saw. When I asked questions, she had to go ask him and then come back to the room to answer me. I was a new patient, and I believe he should at least greet new patients. I went to him as he was referred by a friend who told me she had 3 appointments with him and saw him every time. I feel that if a patient is only going to see the PA and not the doctor, the patient should be informed before arrival. I have another appointment, and I will call to ask who I will be seeing. I left still having more questions. I cannot give his rating more than that star because I never met him.

He did well. Easy going... seemed concerned...explained options...performed procedures very well. Actually allowed me to explain to family....after he explained to me. Super.
