I WAS ON TIME EVERY APPOINTMENT, IT WAS YOU WILLIE THAT DIDNT LIKE BEING ASKED QUESTIONS OR ASKED ABOUT OTHER TREATMENTS, YOU HAVE YOUR MALE NURSE SO FAR UP YOUR REAR IF YOU FART YOU WOULD GIVE BIRTH TO HIM... SO STOP TELLIN LIES WILLIE!!!!!!! I WOULD RECOMEND YOU FIND OTHER WORK/PROFESSION CAUSE YOURE NOT A PEOPLE PERSON, RUDE JUST WALKS OUT OF THE ROOM MID CONVERSATION... NEVER SEEN SUCH MANNERS FROM A DR. WELL NOT A DR, A QUACK IS WHAT WILLIE IS

The ladies are all very nice. They take their time and pay attention to all your symptoms.. Dr. Smith does not rush and will answer all your questions with out rushing out the room

I had bronchitis which turned into pnuemonia and urgent care had to treat me cause this doctor refused to see me at all after seeing me when I first came down sick.. told me he wouldn't see me until I had a covid test. Thanks to his negligence the heart valve I had replaced in 2016 got affected and I will have to have another one soon. I told him I was going to find another doctor and he terminated my 6 yr old grandson and other family members. He got by with this poor behavour. He's lucky I don't sue him!!

Both of my children saw Dr. Smith for longer than they should have. My biggest concern is that they didn't do the MCHAT-R for my daughter at 18 months as recommended, delaying her dx until she was almost 3- when it was caught by me. Delaying much needed early intervention time that would have significantly improved her socialization and communication skills that will affect her entire life. Secondly, yearly labs weren't completely yearly as recommended either.

We began seeing Dr William Smith when we moved to Evansville. I feel very fortunate that he took me on as a new patient. He is well informed & very patient, kind & compassionate. Unlike many doctors, he is a good listener & is usually responsive to my needs. I say “usually” only because I sometimes feel like I know my needs better than he does, but he explains things well & keeps me informed. I would say, Dr Smith has a good heart & is exactly what a family practice physician should be.

I have been to many, many doctors over the years- Dr. Smith is exceptional in the way he relates to and listens to patients.he is like a doctor from times past who truly cares about his patients and their concerns and has a vast medical knowledge. Our whole family goes to him and I have to say for everyone to be happy ,that says a lot, from a 22-year-old woman to two Fiftysomething parents!
