We have been with the Deaconess West side Family Medicine for over 15 years! Our original doctor was Dr. Kincaid and he was great until he retired and Dr. Zerscha Fischer took over as our family doctor. I am not sure if it is the doctor or just the staff but this is the second time I’ve called for medical issue. First was a month ago and the staff was rude and no one called back. Today I called again for medical issue and supposed to get a call back. 8 hours later I called them and mentioned I haven’t heard from anyone. An hour later I got a call back to tell me go to the urgent care. And this is 30 minutes before their office closes. Needless to say, I have had terrible customer service from this place and we will be moving on to a different family doctor. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone as it seems their services lately will not do you any good.

Dr. Fischer is not only very knowledgeable, she genuinely cares about you. She always listens, explains everything, is patient, compassionate and really takes your concerns/issues seriously. The office staff are always very friendly and wait times are never long. I highly recommend Dr. Fischer to anyone, she treats you like a person, not just a patient, you won't be disappointed!
