Poor service didn’t provide any helpful information to the patient, doesn’t even call you back after test results, it was a ripoff 5 minutes and $500 for nothing

Dr Martin Is rude and does not listen to you. He doesn’t try to help you or hear what is going on with your health issues. I agree with others who state the front office is unorganized and not helpful. I have several other friend who also have issues with this practice.

Not good. Dr. Martin made errors that caused the removal of my step-father's bladder by another doctor. He was not kind. He treated my step-father rudely, as if he didn't have proper time for him. The office seemed disorganized. Not good at all. Dr. Martin failed him.

He's a good physician. However his receptionist is horrible. I just called to make an appointment and got screamed at by the receptionist. Yes, I admit I was running off with my explanation of my illness, but she SCREAMED at me to interrupt. I had only been talking for 20 seconds at the most. All she had to do was wait 5 more seconds. And most definitely, NOT scream at me.

Dr. Martin is very friendly and a very good in fact excellent surgeon. His surgical procedure on me to correct a urology issue was successful. I was prescribed pain pills at post op, but they were not needed because I had no pain. He explained everything to me before and after the surgery and answered my questions. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr. Martin.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. NOT ORGANIZED AND TERRIBLE OFFICE HELP! They don't follow-up with the patient... when you're concerned about possible cancer this is the last place you want to go.
