I was seen by Dr. Flack for a kidney stone diagnosed during an ER visit. Dr. Flack removed multiple stones thru a couple of procedures, added to medications my Primary Care physician had prescribed and ultimately reduced my B/P by more than 30 pts. My treatments were successful and pain free. Dr. Flack is an excellent Urologist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This provider has horrible bedside manner, completely discounts the patient, does not listen and is very rude and abrupt. I had a procedure with her, she was rough, told me "at least it isn't cancer" and was frustrated when I asked her what to do about my pain/discomfort. She made me feel as if I was crazy and told me nothing was wrong. I would never recommend her to anyone.

My first visit she spent all of 15 minutes with me and ask no questions.. 2nd visit she did a scope in the office.. caused extreme pain doing it and acted annoyed. Went over a cat scan said maybe I need pelvic floor PFT.. all in 20 minutes.. walked out if the room didn't tell me where to go... didn't set me up with PFT..I go to a nurse practitioner now

I just got a letter saying she is leaving. I would like to thank her for all she has done. She was very kind and cooperative and made things so much easier. Thank you again Terry Patterson

She belittled me about my IC and offered no help. DR. Maatmen then didn't even want to look in my bladder after 2 yrs to help w/my IC. Just don't waste you time. They also, sent me to wrong office! and laughed!

Dr. Flack provided valuable information in regards to my issue. She answered all of my questions and discussed my options with me.

Doctor Flack is not a good communicator. The practice in Fishers is poor with f/up. I was left in pain for many weeks. I asked for help and hardly received any, if staff bothered to respond. She may be a good surgeon, but that is about it. I would not ever recommend this doctor or practice- and the practice manager was unhelpful also.

Okay, so I’m currently seeing dr Flack and she and I didn’t have the greatest first visit ! However , once I spoke w her my second time We connected better ! I think with her she just needs information to be clear and concise . But , if you talk to much she seems A little rattled and annoyed ! Just get to the pt Is how she is ! Yet , she has ordered any testing I need and the patient portal is nice you actually get responses back from the nurse ! I would Say she’s helped me A lot So far ! Just have patience and try to create a good connection w her ! I currently am under going some major pain in my urethra and we are trying to pin point what’s causing it exactly 3 yrs now & now I’m having a genetic screening for particular cancers - so , I’m on a waiting game, but dr flack has listened to me as much as she can and tries to order tests she thinks might help me -

My visit was for a cystoscopy and it was one of the worst experiences ever. She did not treat me with much care or respect, did not explain things well, and the entire process was so disappointing. I left an honest review after and never heard back from Urology of Indiana.

This was one of my worst experiences with any kind of doctor. She did not treat me well or kindly, did not give thorough explanations, kept making mistakes with me during the physical exam, and everything felt rushed. I left very upset and like I wasn’t take care of.
