I would highly recommend him. He tackled my spine issues when three other surgeons would not. I traveled 3 hours to see him and it was so worth it. He truly gave me my life back. I was at the point it was difficult to walk due to nerve pain. All traces of that pain are gone and I am back in business! I recommend him to anyone considering back surgery. Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Kate his PA is also amazing. She is also very knowledgeable and compassionate and has been a great coach in my recovery process!

I was dealing with chronic pain in my legs and hips due to what we thought was a herniated disc. I had surgery and Dr. Swartz dealt with an unexpected spinal cyst, removing it and doing a laminectomy. My recovery was so much easier than I ever imagined and my pain was gone from the first time I stood up after surgery. Spine surgery shouldn't just be trusted to anyone. Dr. Schwartz is outstanding and gave me back my quality of life.

I waited 9 years for this surgery XLIF. I’m very happy with the results. With this technique I was up and walking by myself within days, no walker. Other procedures I passed up I would have had to use a walker for 3 Months! Thank you!

Dr Schwartz saw me for an urgent issue. He listened to my concerns, asked questions, and was thorough in his consideration and opinion on an appropriate course of action. He went on to coordinate staff and resources to perform an emergency surgery. No one during the entire experience made me feel like an inconvenience or imposition. I was more than comforted and given exemplary care throughout the prep, procedure, and post op processes. I am so grateful for everyone who was so kind in caring for me.
