Called 6 times over the week before the procedure to try and talk to a nurse with a few questions. Got very different answers than what was on the website. One of the answers was that the procedure would take about 10-15 minutes. Arrived at the appointment 30 minutes early to fill out a whole three sheets of information. Got taken back to the room for the procedure 10 minutes after it was scheduled and someone played a video. After the video was over and another 10 minute wait, went out and asked if there was anyone we should notify, not sure where that person went. After another 10 minutes, found someone else to ask where the doctor was. Not sure where that person went either. After another 20 minutes, just left after being in the building for well over an hour without ever seeing a nurse or doctor. Terrible communication and organization. I can't imagine what it would be like to have a complication, the patient would be completely on their own.
