I don't want to leave any stars but I have to in order to post this. Dr Hall is very personable but needs to get new office staff. I tried for 3 months and could not get anyone to return my calls. I even finally connected with the office manager that said she would call me back. She did not. First conversation with her she said I should have been scheduled for surgery. She would check into it and call me back. I called a week later and she wasn't available. I tried a week after that and she told me everything was fine and I didn't need anything done. I asked why I wasn't notified and she told me they don't contact people if no follow up is needed. I have never heard this before. Personally I think Michelle and Debra (office manager) are awful reflections of what could quite possibly be a great doctor's office. EDIT to owner response: I was NEVER notified about scheduling an appointment for next steps. I never received a telephone call from your office.

Dr. Hall was able to diagnose my problem quickly and schedule me for the correct procedure to remove the kidney stone and alleviate the pain promptly. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone in need of urological services.
