Elizabeth A. Nowacki's Online Review Report Card

Nowacki and her office need to be transparent about their fees and hidden fees. Do not go there until you know for sure what you'll be charged! I was told and paid $148, but received a bill for $350. She never examined me, only talked. I called over 6 times, no-one calls back. She REFUSES to adjust the bill. Claims I was told wrong price by accident. Then why should I have to pay for their mistake?! Absolute FRAUD and SCAM. Takes advantage of people who are self pay.

I would not recommend ANYBODY to see Dr. N-sensitive for ANYTHING EVER, UNLESS you don’t mind: • Hearing her make fun of other patients during your appointment • Knowing when you leave she’ll be making fun of you as well and • Receiving information about your diagnosis in the most N-sensitive way possible Based on my experience with Dr. Nowacki, I’ll refer to her as Dr. N-sensitive. I was referred to her to see if I qualified for a certain procedure. I’ve seen seven doctors for my particular issue throughout the pandemic. Luckily for me, only one was unhelpful because she literally told me nothing and Dr. N-sensitive was the last of the seven but she was the only one that was rude as well as N-sensitive. Before she entered the room I heard her talking loudly through the door saying that based on my imaging I didn’t qualify for the surgery I wanted. I should have left after I heard her through the door but didn’t. When she came in I saw she was speaking with a student that was shadowing her. After she and the student sat down I began to tell her the reason for the appointment. She proceeded to tell me about how awesome and great the procedure was but unfortunately I didn’t qualify based on my imaging. That’s fine and the appointment could have ended right there. I did get upset about the news because the other alternative required more recovery time that would further delay my plans to relocate but that’s obviously my issue. Dr. N-sensitive then asked me (which I now believe was for her sick enjoyment so she could keep telling me I didn’t qualify) about how long I’ve been dealing with issue and I told her the story. During the conversation at least three additional times she mentioned how great the procedure was in some form and how it’s changed women’s lives but then she would immediately follow up that statement with “but you don’t qualify”. During the conversation I mentioned how the pandemic delayed my treatment once I found out about my issue due to prior doctors retiring and getting Covid themselves and on-cue with her N-sensitive comments she quickly pointed out “That wouldn’t have mattered anyway. You still wouldn’t have qualified for the procedure so nothing to do with the pandemic if that provides you with any relief.” Mind you I’m still visibly upset so I don’t know how she thought that statement would make me feel any better. The only human thing she did was hand me some tissue (which she could have done earlier, but ok) but then immediately erased it by stating she operated on another patient that had a similar issue and she named what was extracted from that patient “Larry and Leonard.” WHAT?!? Again, mind you, she just handed me tissue from being upset and she thinks making fun of another patient would help!?!? All that did was confirm for me that she’s a terrible person, she has no shame in making fun of her patients and making it clear to the patient she’s currently seeing that they too would be apart of her comedic routine when they leave. Let’s not forget about the student in the room that she was supposed to be providing a good example for. I hope my appointment was just an exercise in how NOT to treat patients, but I doubt it. I would like to believe that I wasn’t treated the way I was because of race but I can’t say that for sure either. Even though we were wearing masks the entire time, you could still tell she was smiling the entire time even if you couldn’t hear the enjoyment in her voice. She then ended the appointment by saying “Reach out to me if I can be of any further help!”. After she said that all I could think of was “not in life or death” and I used the 30-min drive back home to try and forget the terrible experience I just had

Dr. Nowacki is absolutely wonderful! She always makes you feel super comfortable and you leave with all your questions answered.

Dr. Nowacki and her scribe Molly were amazing! Made me feel extremely comfortable even talking about tough situations. I 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely love Dr. Nowacki! She is the only doctor who has listened to me and actually validated my feelings instead of making me feel crazy. She has helped me through my struggles with endometriosis and is graciously allowing me to go through with a hysterectomy so I can no longer be in pain at 25. Most doctors won’t hear you out or will make you wait. Dr. Nowacki has done everything she can to help me with my endo. I’ve been to several OBGYNs before and no one comes close to her being the best I’ve ever gone to. I’m super thankful to actually be able to say that I feel heard.

Great annual visit as always! Thanks for your great care and concern for me. Also love how easy it is to do lab tests in you office! Reggie makes it so simple and painless.

Dr. Nowacki is a treasure: she is warmly engaging, down-to-earth, and smart as a tack. I am so glad to be her patient!

Dr. Nowaki continues to stay vested in my care as an older patient. And a patient that was affected by the medication DES. She keeps herself well informed. And cares not only for my health and well-being, but my son as well. He could be affected by the DES too. It’s scary. Dr. Nowaki truly cares about me! And my family. I appreciate her so much. She also makes sure I am okay I’m general. I’m lucky to have been referred to her.

She is Amazing and understands your needs snd had such great Communication and Makes you feel so comfortable!
