Terrible experience. Dr. condescending. I was looking for Primary care Dr. I had been on thyroid medication for years and she wouldn’t renew prescription. Made me wait 3 moths to go to endocrinologist. I got really sick, because not supposed to stop thyroid once you’re on The endocrinologist couldn’t believe this Dr. would do such a stupid thing.

We all deserve doctors who make our well-being a priority. Rachel Mitchell refused to listen to my concerns, kept pushing acid blockers (etc), and wouldn't sign off for a specialist. After seeing the amazing & compassionate specialists at Ogden Clinic, I discovered I have stage 3 kidney disease, peptic ulcers, a severely infected common bile duct & pancreatitis. If this is already happening to you, drop Rachel Mitchell immediately & go find real help! Your life may be at risk. <3 Take control.

I love Dr. Mitchell. I've had to deal with many a bad doctor. It's amazing the biases they can have. I've always been a fat woman and I appreciate being treated like a human being. She doesn't tell me that everything can be solved, even the sniffles by going on a diet, which sadly has been an all too common experience. Doctor Mitchell makes me feel comfortable, never treated unfairly. She is extremely smart and thorough. She eases my many concerns and seems to really care about my health. You may have to wait sometimes but it's worth it because she really spends her time with you. I haven't a clue why anyone wouldn't "click" with her personality. I've recommended her to my friends and family when ever they're looking for someone to go to.
