Randall J. Franiak's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Dr. Randall Franiak a few years ago to assist me with chronic back pain. He helped me to maintain my activities with injections for several years. As I aged the injections were not enough to treat my symptoms Recently, he suggested an Medtronic Neuro Stimulator implant. I was reluctant in the beginning. I didn't want to give in to loosing any form of control or independence. Dr. Franiak and I discussed my options. An appointment was scheduled to meet with someone from Medtronic. I even called Dr. Jill Donaldson for her thoughts since she performed spinal surgery in the past. I opted to do the surgery for the implant. Well, I'm 4 weeks post surgery and I'm doing well. I'm looking forward to a summer that is limitless for my outside activities/hobbies. Thank you Dr. Franiak.

Dr. Randall Franiak, Melissa, Trisha, and the rest of the office staff at Advanced Pain Mgmt of Central Indiana are a highly professional, very friendly, helpful and caring medical group. As a patient who was suffering from severe neck pain, I reached out to Dr. Franiak for help and he rose to the challenge. With his excellent treatment plan, I have been able to function normally. This practice is terrific in every way! I have been under his care for approximately 6 years and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist in the treatment of pain, etc. Thank you for everything you all have done for me.

I have had lower back pain for many years. I was referred to Dr. Franiak by my family doctor. I am very pleased with the courteous and professional staff at this office. Dr. Franiak replaced my spinal cord stimulator stimulator with a newer model and so far, I’m very pleased with the surgery. The people here are absolutely committed to finding a solution for your pain. I’m very satisfied with how I’m treated here and will continue to trust Dr. Franiak and his staff to care for me.

Dr. Franiak and Melissa Franiak have helped me tremendously. I have chronic neck problems, and they have worked with me to lessen the pain so I could get back to doing the things I love. Both of them have listened to my concerns, and you can see they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend both of them.

Dr. Franiak is Awesome. I have had increasing pain in my hip for nearly 2 years. I went to his office in pain and walked out pain free. I have not taken any pain meds since that visit. The only issue I had was actually speaking to someone anytime I called the office. I called many times and got the same recording. Outside of that Great experience.

The beginning of my process. I have had to finally after years break down and make an appointment to treat my pain. 1st review will be of Anna that made my appointment. She quickly asked me to hold. Oh boy, here we go I thought. She quickly returned and promptly took care of exactly everything To get me scheduled. Anna, you rock.

Rude scheduler, rude nurse. Be prepared to repeat yourself to both when trying to schedule an appointment and the reasons for the appointment. They are arrogant and condescending. I will go elsewhere
