I was not happy this time or the time prior. She seemed uninterested/ distracted. I understand that there is limited time, but every thing I was discussing was met with zero suggestions or possible solutions. I had new concerns as well and those were not addressed. Response # 2. This visit was completely different than in my prior review. She was very compassionate and took the time I needed. I hope this continues for future visits. That is why I was so upset in the prior review because this is the Dr Karl I know and like. I guess we all can have a bad day.

I Love going to MONICA REDDY. She is very thorough with her testing’s, she always polite, and a positive attitude and her staff are just as amazing as he, I trust her judgment I would recommend her to anybody.

I have been having a lot of health problems and have reached out through the portal and calling and I get nothing back. Blacking out been in my period for 13 weeks need prescriptions and I get nothing back. There is no one taking me serious and that is a problem. I try to make appointments soonest they can get me is a month out than they call Mobile to cancel my appointment and when I call to reschedule another month out. Why am I not being able to be seen sooner? Me passing out, throwing up, having thyroid and diabetes and being on me period with clots everyday that are huge and being in pain everyday is not a problem? Not satisfied at all.
