Constantly having issues with their system. When the doctor says that she will call or have the other doctor call me within an hour it never happens. I pay $300 for the month to pee in a cup and have a 4-5 minute phone call from the doctor. Only to be called in a weeks worth of medicine. This place has certainly changed since it was lucina

I have called them several times to get an appointment and they never answered! Even left a voicemail and no call back! Umm what kind of place that's trying to supposedly help people doesn't even answer the phone?! I'm good NEXT!

These people have went out of there way for me couldn't say enough good things, I was skeptical when they changed owners but they are amazing!!

I worked for Lucina before the takeover with Applegate and I can say first hand that Applegate DOESN'T give 2 flips about the patients. Their a large company and only care about $$$. Dr. Roberts took care of his patients, like patients and not about just the $$$ he also helped patients out when they didn’t have the full funds. After I left I witnessed a patient being turned away for being a few dollars short Dr Roberts wouldn’t do that he would help them out so they stayed clean and sober. I Loved My Job at LUCINA and never wanted to leave there. But because I didn’t believe in Applegates way I chose to make a decision I never wanted to make. I cared about the patients and many of them I knew their lives. I’m sorry that the patients are now looked at like $ signs and Not the person they are. Sorry Lucina patients

These people really care. They will go above and beyond to work with their patients needs. All concerns and issues are dealt with promptly. If you're looking for a solid reliable and healthy recovery program, Applegate is where you want to go.

Even though they’ve been going through some changes recently I’ve never found a place more caring than them I am so grateful for them I can’t even tell you on words the best people I’ve ever met in my life they actually care about us and people with addiction this is The best place you can go to if you’re trying to get over addiction they’re not pushy they try to help you and give you anything else you may need I love them so much!

Everything was fine as Lucina, Applegate took over without warning. The staff does the best they can but it's the company making all the rules.. as addicts were use to a schedule so when it abruptly changes we panic. I stood in line with people unable to financially move forward due to their changes in policy. After being with Lucina for almost 6 years we will look for other options. Very disappointed with our visit today

This is by far the best clinic I have ever been to in my life. I have been going here for going on 2 1/2 years and I couldn’t be happier about my treatment. If you do the right thing and don’t screw up your own program, the doctors, nurse’s, and administrators will go above and beyond to help you. I wish I could give this place 6 stars.
