I had a very traumatic injury to my lower shin and top of foot. He addressed immediately what has to be done. I was seen 3 times weekly and he remembered every little detail from the visit before and stayed one step ahead. I walked away with no plastic surgery because of his expert knowledge as to how to address the situation. I highly recommend Dr. Guinn for any wound care.

Dr Guinn is outstanding. Totally professional but very approachable and understandable. My surgery went very well and based on how gentle he was removing staples and stitches after the surgery, I would say he has very good hands and surgical skills. Post-surgery and after my last appointment to remove the stitch work, he personally called to state the final analysis, after a post biopsy which I greatly appreciated. Last but not least, I enjoyed his staff. Professional, competent, caring, and light-hearted which when you are waiting on results to know if what was removed was cancerous or not, is a great touch. I highly recommend Dr. Guinn and his team..

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Guinn. His staff was really friendly and helpful which is nice. Dr. Guinn explained everything about why I was having pain to what he’ll do in surgery and post op instructions. My surgery went great and I feel so much better! He has a great bedside manner and to me that means a lot. I highly recommend him! (Gallbladder surgery)

Had my gallbladder removed and Dr. Guinn hit my aorta landing next in the ICU for 5 days. I had a 1 month old baby hat home.

Dr Guinn removed my gallbladder one week ago today. The wounds are healing nicely and I am already off of prescription pain meds. I was impressed with the attention and speed of service at his office. If I ever need more surgery I am going to request Dr Guinn.

BEWARE of this Dr.!! Dr. Guinn did surgery which was to remove a fatty tumor from my 20 year old daughter's breast. When she came back for her post-op she complained of feeling as if the tumor was still there. Dr. Guinn had given her a cursory check and was ready to remove his gloves and leave. She insisted he check again. He did and said there was nothing. We went to our family doctor for a second opinion, and he said that the fatty tumor had NOT been removed, it was still there. What Dr. Guinn removed was simply breast tissue; he had not gone in far enough. The office said Dr. Guinn could re-do the surgery---but there was no way in Hades I will ever let that man touch any of my family members with a scalpel. Ever. Not only is he incompetent, he is uncaring. BEWARE.
