I was a new patient and the first visit was very brief. I had the same doctor for over 50 years and he retired. I need a doctor that would review my file and look over all my medications to see if changes could be made. Complete blood work needed done. Not just blood work for cholesterol. The staff and nurses are very rude. They all don’t seem to care about you as a customer! I have several doctors I have no problems with any of them. I waited several days for blood work results and I had to call them! Why? I don’t go on line to see my results! They need to consider old school patients! No one cares anymore!

I liked the doctor. She took her time and answered all of my questions. The lady who checked me in could not have been colder and she scolded me when I checked out. She wanted me to realize how much of the doctor’s time I would be using on my next appointment. The nurse was very businesslike; brisk and not at all friendly.

All around great service, Dr. Dana Forrest listens to your problems. She explained everything to me, , if I run into a problem or question, she and her staff works very hard and try to solve it. I’m very grateful that she is my doctor, and I can’t say enough good things about her staff. All in all , great doctor and staff! . 5 star rating at every appointment. Thank you!
