I like Dr. Levenda, but the wait time is too long. I had a 2:30 appointment and wasn't done until just after 5.

I had a yearly physical, was the worst experience I have ever had. He read off the computer screen the canned questions and recommendations that a nurse could have asked, and did a few basic checks. I felt like he was more interested in getting to the next patient. I actually had a couple things to ask him and I forgot because I was so shocked at the lack of thoroughness. Front office staff seemed to be disorganized as well. Did not feel welcome at all, was my last visit at any CHS facility.

Nurse was very professional took my health history and vital signs it was very pleasant and nice! Dr Levenda was very courteous and professional he did a thorough health assessment he listened to my heart and lungs as well as my carotids he looked at my eyes ears nose and throat he also checked my bowel sounds. We talked about my lab work while I've was hospitalized he was concerned about my vitamin d level as well as my anemia so he wants to recheck labs and then also get some films of my right knee I have osteo arthritis pretty severely to see if it's still injectable because he is an orthopedist as well so I had a really good professional visit at Dr Levend's office and I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone

Staff seemed competent. MA was pleasant, and collected the information. While listening and responding to questions and concerns it came across as though he was on auto pilot and reading reheased generic answers. MA then came in with an injection which I refused. It was not brought up as to my wishing to receive it. In conclusion the appointment was a 2.5 out of 5 recieved me an hour late and no better then a teleconference.

Good Dr but wait time is always at least an hour and a half every time so he is planning this on purpose. It completely stresses out my Dad and makes him feel unimportant. Plus Dr. Will only discuss one or two things and requires you to make additional appointments if there are more issues. Which again means long wait time and additional co-pays. He always seems in a hurry and could use some work on bedside manner.

We moved to Fort Wayne a few months ago, and had been looking for good medical care in the area. My first appointment with Dr. Lavenda was great for me. After listening to my concerns, he was able to help me on a chronic issue with my leg. Both my husband and I feel very supported and well-cared for with Dr Lavenda- We have found our new doctor!
